Newborn Proof of Insurance Policy

Proof of insurance must be shown at check-in at every visit. Without proof of insurance, you will be charged for the visit in full. As a courtesy Brockton Pediatrics will allow no more than 3 weeks for parents to add their newborn baby to their existing insurance or establish new insurance. By one month of age, all babies without proof of insurance will be expected to pay in full. Please resolve all newborn insurance issues as soon as possible.
